BANK OF AFRICA KENYA LTD has a network of 4 branches, comprising 3 in Nairobi and 1 in Mombasa. The Bank’s strategy is to increase its presence in the country and plans are at advanced stage to open additional branch in Nairobi, envisaged for December 2007. Plans are also underway to increase the Bank’s branch network to other towns in 2008.
With branches in Nairobi and Mombasa, the Bank is fully networked and operates an on-real time system. This enables our customers to seamlessly and expediently transact business at any of branches countrywide.

BANK OF AFRICA KENYA LTD has installed Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in selected branches. We also proud to be associated with both KENSWITCH and PESA POINT ATM networks.
This extensive 226 (120 KENSWITCH and 106 PESA POINT) ATM networks are now available to all our ATM SESAME ATM cardholders who can access these networks anytime and anywhere for an extended 24 hour banking countrywide. |
BANK OF AFRICA KENYA LTD has a partnership with Co-operative Bank of Kenya that facilitates collections of cash and cheques on behalf of our clients. Our clients may deposit cash or cheques at any Co-operative Bank branches for credit to their BOA KENYA account. Our clients will receive the same value date of credits reflected on the same day the deposits are made.
BANK OF AFRICA KENYA signed a General Agent contract with WESTERN UNION, which is a global leader in money transfer services, offering the ability to send money to more than 245,000 Western Union General Agent locations in over 200 countries and territories. The contract will help our customers to connect with their loved ones around the world by enjoying a fast, reliable and convenient means of transferring and receiving money. |
