One must be a salaried employee and must have worked with current employer for at least 1 year.
Maximum qualifying age 55 years.
Net salary of the employee must be paid through Bank of Africa Kenya limited (BOAK). Alternative is where the employer is willing to check-off the repayment amount and remit the same to BOAK.
