Board resolution / Letter mentioning the change in account signatories, specifically who is to be added / replaced, whether the mandate changes and the continuing signing mandate. The resolution should be signed as per the mandate by signatories whose signatures must already be with BOA. |

Any new signatory to provide certified copies of ID/Passport |

Any new signatory to provide 1 passport size photographs |
|
Fill out and sign both the signature card and mandate card |
|
Copies of PIN Numbers for each new signatory |
|
The stamp / seal must be affixed on the board resolution / letter, signature and mandate cards |
